Information we collect
Identifiers and contact details. Your name, email address, phone number and the content of the messages you send us when you write to us or use the “Hire this service” button.
Internet and network activity. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring source and how you interact with our content, collected through cookies and similar technologies only after you allow them in our cookie notice.
Advertising data. Cookie identifiers and campaign data used to measure and show our ads, collected only if you allow advertising cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as health data, precise geolocation, government ID numbers or financial account details.
How we use your information
We use personal information to answer your inquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you hire.
We use personal information for advertising and marketing of the studio’s services, including measuring campaigns and showing our ads on digital platforms.
We use personal information to analyze how visitors use our websites and to improve their content and performance.
We use personal information for other marketing and communication strategies of the studio that are compatible with the purposes above. If we ever want to use your information for a materially different purpose, we will tell you first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or give your personal information to third parties for their own use.
Service providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our web host, WhatsApp messaging and the analytics and advertising tools you allow. They may not use it for their own purposes.
Under California law, allowing advertising cookies from ad platforms can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. That is why advertising cookies stay off until you accept them, and you can turn them off at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Global Privacy Control
Our websites honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and advertising cookies stay off. Our sites do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because that standard was never adopted; GPC is the signal we recognize.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, its sharing and targeted advertising.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services or charge you a different price because you made a privacy request.
How to make a request
Send your request to leoncorkidi27@gmail.com with your name, a way to reach you and what you are asking for. We will confirm receipt and may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on it.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 additional days, as California law allows.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will review the decision.
Cookies
Necessary cookies store your cookie choice and keep the site working. They are always on.
Analytics cookies measure visits and browsing behavior. Advertising cookies measure campaigns and show ads related to your interests. Both are off until you accept them, and turning them off later from the “Cookies” link also deletes the cookies of those categories stored in your browser.
Children
Our websites are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If we learn that we received information from a child, we delete it.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or for an ongoing business relationship, and we delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and restricted access.
International processing
We are based in Colombia, and our service providers may store information in the United States and other countries. By using our websites, you understand that your information may be processed outside your state or country.
Changes to this policy
We will post any material change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use your information, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
